Deposit sheets allows you to enter your deposits in the system.  To do this you will first need to select the school that the deposit sheet is for.



Next you can enter the information in the Fees and Uniforms deposits, as you enter the cash and check amounts in each of the fields the totals will automatically calculated and put in the total field next to the item entered.


Tournament



This section allows you to enter the information about money collected for the tournament.  You will need to enter the cash and check amounts for the appropriate tournament.


Other



The other section of the deposit sheet allows you to enter deposit information about miscellaneous items and the bottom of the screen shows the totals for cash, check and the deposit grand total.  It also lets you enter any notes you may need to enter.  Once finished you can then click the Submit Request button and export the deposit sheet to pdf and keep a copy for your records as well.
